To help Beacon users assess and resource the total volume of alerts, we have enhanced the Beacon alerts page for Beacon Core and 24/7. The new alerts page allows users to see a current or historic view of alert counts, and enables filtering by status, category, and risk phase.
These new alerts page views enable you to quickly assess and track the number of alerts your team is responding to, as well as understand the overall picture of your alert interactions — enabling you to better support students.
Beacon alerts page enhancements include:
- Alert count by status (Action Needed, In Progress, Resolved)
- Secondary filter by category (Active Planning, Self-Harm, Bullying, etc.) and risk phase (No Risk, Low Risk, Medium Risk, High Risk)
- Adjustable date range filter that updates alert counts accordingly
- A tab for grouping resolved alerts, increasing visibility for alerts that still require action.
