Intune Win32 Configuration Legacy App Update

This update replaces our previous Azure Configuration app, which is used when deploying GoGuardian Windows through Intune/Endpoint Manager. The new app solves several reliability issues that customers may have experienced. This is not for customers that are already up and running successfully, but may help with customers that are having trouble deploying required reg edits.
